For those of you who don’t know where Turtle Lake is, it’s in Northern Saskatchewan…..probably the biggest nearby centre would be North Battleford, it’s a beautiful resort and lake.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO REALLY LOVE TO FISH, EAT YOUR HEART OUT.

This is NOT a fish story.
This is a new record Northern Pike in Canada .. He caught it on Turtle Lake . Check this thing out.. The man (in the photos above), was fishing and caught a 36″ Pike. As he was reeling it in, a 56″ – 55 lb Pike tried to eat it.
He landed them both in the same net. The last picture is unreal.

What part of the lake was he fishing. I would like to catch something that’s size. I have a cabin at kivama moonlight bay, it’s a lake front if I knew where he caught this fish I’d go fish there !!

i don’t know maybe the 52″ Canada record or the 43″ one I caught might have been bigger.
This is a fake story this Pike was actually caught in Europe.
Do you have something to verify this?
I had a monster on my line but the hook wasn’t in and he spat it out before I could catch it.
