Arizona Sailor To Baja Ha Ha - AZBW/Western Outdoor Times wishes “fair winds” to Barry Carrigan, Scottsdale, Ariz., as he and his Catalina 42 Mk II Liberty join the 16th annual Baja Ha Ha from San Diego, Calif., to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

According to recent reports, more have registered for the Oct. 25-Nov. 7 cruisers’ rally than ever before, and well over 2,000 boats have completed previous Baja Ha Ha rallies.
