From Highway 93, take Highway 96 east, then follow the signs. The town is clean and neat, and the Diner on Main is a great place to have breakfast. It’s easy to find, since Highway 96 turns into Main Street. The Diner looks like a silver Airstream trailer, and inside it’s like a 50’s dinner.
Think Happy Days. The people are awesome — everyone seems to know everyone, and the waitresses treat you like a neighbor. The food was delicious, too — good American food and plenty of it! After we ate, we crossed the street to look at the old mining equipment next to the parking lot of a building. There is an empty lot next to it, and we spotted a roadrunner with a small snake in his beak.
