Lake Mead Jan 21: Darrel Dagdigian and Mike Folkstead took first with 14.52 pounds and won $1,455.

Lake Martinez, Fishers’ Landing Jan 14: Terry Foreman and Ron Overman won $2,985 with 14.84 pounds.

Region 2, Colorado River teams: Lake Mead Feb 11: Nick Kristich and Eric Kunkle brought a 14.73 pound sack to the scales to take home $4,165.

Region 2, Southern Colorado River teams: Lake Havasu Jan 28: Ryan Krost and Rich Iannolo won $3020 with 13.79 pounds.

FLW Stren Series

Lake Havasu Feb 1: 16-year-old John Billheimer Jr. of Discovery Bay, Calif., became the youngest-ever Stren Series pro champion by catching 19 pounds, 12 ounces in the final round of the Western Division season opener. He was throwing a deep-diving crankbait (Bill Norman DD-22 in crawdad) under the bridge, and he took home a cool 50 grand.

All Star Teams: Lake Pleasant Jan 21: Ben Matsubu and Frank Burchi won $3,850 with a 21.74-pound limit.

All Star Couples: Bartlett Lake Jan 7: Jennifer and Wes McCracken brought 12.77 pounds to the scales to win $2000.

Best Bet Teams (aluminum boats): Bartlett Lake Jan 28: Woodrow Fields and John Rosinski took home $2,100 for 11.52 pounds.
