Tucson’s
Bluewater Tackle Presents Bayliner 185 Butch Meisner, Jr. at
Bluewater Tackle in Tucson says, "The 185's are here, and they
are equipped with swim platforms, bimini tops, and 190hp V-6's,"
and, he adds, "Our price on all Bayliners is the best in the
state!"
With room for eight people and the 190hp engine upgrade, this
185 is the boat for big fun and games. This model has options
for sport seating in the cockpit, along with a large aft bench
seat and sun pad.
The bow has plenty of space to soak up the sun. Deep storage
for boat and sports gear is right beneath the seats and the
center ski locker. There is also an optional Wake Tower for the
kids or kids-at-heart to wakeboard.
The Option Fish package ( fore and aft fiberglass casting
platforms with removable sun-lounge pads, two casting seats, one
fore, one aft) has storage available for seat pedestals and
chairs.
There is a digital fishfinder, a NAVMAN 4430-Rod Storage, and
there are four rods available — two each of PRT and STB — under
side bolsters. There is short windshield exchange, and wing size
is reduced for more rod movement.
Meisner states that the trolling motor is a Motorguide
hand-controlled motor, is bow mounted, and has a 54-pound peak
thrust, 12 v, five-speed FWD, 2 Rev, with a 50-inch shaft.
Included is a removable trolling motor mount, wired to dual
battery set up in the aft engine compartment.
In addition, there is a 12-gallon aerated fishwell for the
dad while the kids are playing. Also important are the
textured-grip fiberglass surfaces throughout the boat, which
help assure safe footing and allow water to drain off quickly.
A stain guard (kid-clean)protects your boat's interior
against stains, sun and mildew. The Bayliner 185 comes with a
limited lifetime hull warranty (Boatshield), one year on the
interior and accessories, and two years on Mercruiser engine.

satisfaction for 2005.
