JASON RAYLES — The vice president of the Arizona State University Bass Fishing Team started fishing at four years old. He was born April 15, 1986 in Austin, Texas, and has lived in Chandler for the last 10 years. Rayles finished in third place last season with the Saguaro Bassmasters, qualified for the Federation Nation State Team (FLW affiliated) and will be competing in the state divisionals April 9-11 at Havasu.
