Mustang Survival Sponsors FisherGirl International Women’s Fishing Team

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Mustang Survival is proud to announce a sponsorship agreement with the FisherGirl International Women’s Fishing team. Mustang and the Anglers of the FisherGirl International Women’s fishing team are dedicated to making a difference and saving lives.

 “There are many times when we’re out on the water alone, wearing the Mustang Survival inflatable life jacket offers us the safety we need when we are pre-fishing. It’s so comfortable we can wear it all the time,” states Darla Bardelli FisherGirl Team captain.

This is the first time an all-star cast of international women anglers have come together to promote fishing for women of all ages, raise awareness for breast cancer research, and represent the innovator of marine survival products.

The 2007 FisherGirl International Fishing Team line-up represents five women from three countries fishing in the 2007 Women’s Bassmaster Tour:

• Dianna Clark, 2006 Angler of the Year on the Women’s Bassmaster Tour-Bumpus Mills, Tenn., U.S.A.
• Darla Bardelli, national radio talk show host and professional angler- Phoenix, Ariz., U.S.A.
• Christie Thomas, international professional angler- South Africa
• JoDee Bucki, professional angler-Bessemer, Ala., U.S.A.
• Angela Mitchell, professional angler-Ontario, Canada

Mustang Survival is the official PFD of BASS ESPN. In 2006 Mustang Survival, as part of its sponsorship of BASS ESPN, stepped up to the plate to support the inaugural year of the Women’s’ Bassmaster Tour and have once again committed to support the 2007 WBT.
