FIRST TIME'S A CHARM!

This was the first time that 8-year-old Thomas Orozco of Union City, Calif., had fished in Mexico. He had great luck in August while fishing from the Rosarito Pier in Rosarito, Baja California. His 40 fish included 28 mackerel, 9 surfperch, 1 jacksmelt, and these two 14.5-inch bonito.
